Case Study: Redesign Digital Banking App
I joined a UI/UX competition held by Jenius, a digital banking pioneer in Indonesia. Our team advanced to the final round. I led digital banking research, competitor analysis, user interviews, and interface design for a better planning and tracking experience.
The Story
The brief focused on helping users plan and track their finances more clearly inside a mobile banking app. After rounds of critique and iteration, we presented the concept to judges as a finalist team. We mapped existing Jenius flows, studied how people budget today, and prototyped a calmer planning surface that makes goals and spending visible without extra noise.
What We Explored
Better Planning and Tracking With Jenius — research into how users set savings goals, review transactions, and recover from overspending. Interviews informed wireframes and a high-fidelity Figma prototype aligned with Jenius visual language.
The Challenge
Balancing rich financial data with a simple daily-use interface: too much density overwhelms; too little hides the context people need to trust their plan.
